  have tried to delete the whole thing I don’t use this and want it removed and not charged again

  Please follow the steps listed in below link with respect to deleting your site.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  If you have any premium upgrades, then it needs to removed or transferred to another blog by staff before you can delete your site.

  You can post here if you have premium upgrades and tag modlook in the side bar for staff to remove the same.
