  What is the URL of your site? Just making sure that is hosted with WordPress.com and not WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If it is you with WordPress.com can go here to delete your site:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=delete+site

  Then you can start fresh and upgrade to a personal plan if you wish.

  Choose a WordPress.com Plan
