  Hi Jennifer,

  What is the URL of the site you want to cancel? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and don’t even own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  If this is regarding the site you have connected to this account via Jetpack, mtjazy.com , you need to contact support at Bluehost.com, as they are the ones you’re paying for the hosting plan and domain on that site.
