  Hi,

  Delete what? Whether you want to empty your site of content, delete it, or close the account entirely, typically you’ll be able to take any of these actions without WP.com staff assistance.

  Hi there,

  To delete your site we first need to downgrade it from the Business to the Free plan. This process will delete all of your site’s data so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
