  I am trying to delete a blog and I can not find Tools. Tools is not a topic on my page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided your are the Admin of thee blog in question and are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog you can delete it. NOTE that URLs are not recycled here.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  lack of the knowledge of the wordpress vocabulary took me forever to figure out how to delete a blog. I am sure your help would have been more beneficial if I had known.
