  Hi, how can we delete a blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you delete a blog you get 3 warnings and a confirmation email. Once a blog is deleted it’s gone forever and the URL cannot be reused by you or anyone else. I recommend changing the blog visibility to “private” and keeping it as a test blog for viewing theme and widget changes, etc. you may be considering for your active blog.

  no recycling > http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
  privacy settings > http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  I am having the same issue. I created a blog (bakersboys.wordpress.com). I then replaced it with another blog (bakersboys2.wordpress.com). I added a 2 to the second name. At this point when I attempt to delete the fiorst blog, the system defaults to asking the verification questions about the second blog, which I want to keep.

  If you logged out of wordpress.com and created a second username then did you try to use this process? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
  If you did and it failed then you will have to ask Staff for help.

  bakersboys2.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this blog.
