Delete a Blog (Completely)

  I deleted an old blog, but it’s still listed on the “My Blogs” part of the site (and the drop-down menu under my avatar on the top right corner of the screen), even though the address has been deleted. The site itself and the dashboard for it no longer exists, but the name of the blog is still there.
  I didn’t let it bother me until I started using Hootsuite for all my social networking sites. I tried to bring up WordPress, but instead of listing the post I made on my new blog, it only lists the posts I made on the old blog, which isn’t supposed to exist anymore. It’s like that site is haunting me!

  Even now, creating this thread, it’s asking me which Blog URL this is about. My old one (which, again, isn’t supposed to exist anymore!) or my new one.

  How do I delete it for good?

  The site is gone. The dashboard is gone. But it still says it exists on my:
  wordpress.com/my-blogs/ page.

  I actually have a lot that I need deleted, and I’m not sure I want some of them to be made public. Is there a support email I can contact?

  CMSikora, that was a Jetptack connection that connected a self-hosted site to your WordPress.com account. I’ve removed it from your account since you’re not using it anymore.

  Brian, you can delete any site yourself in this way: Delete Site

  Actually I have several domains that were self hosted but used Jetpack or WPStats and I’d like them removed as I no longer control them.

  I’ve seen others list their domains but I’d rather not list mine publicly. Can I email someone for assistance?
