Delete a blog from my profile

  I was helping someone with a blog quite a while ago. I am no longer working on this and I am unable to reach the admin. I don’t want to “delete” it as it isn’t my blog and I am not sure if she will want to use this blog again at some point. From what I have found there is no way for me to remove that on my own. Is there any way to get this removed from my profile?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
