Delete a blog with a domain upgrade attached

  I want to delete one of the blogs in my account, but it says I cannot is there is a domain upgrade on the account. All upgrades have already expired and I cannot figure out how to remove this hold.

  I’ve made sure that there are no active upgrades associated with your site. Please try deleting again and let me know if you still run into errors.
