  Hi there!

  You can manage your categories via Posts > Categories in WP Admin:

  https://onlychickinthehouse.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

  Hover over your categories on the right, and select the emerging link to Delete the category of your choice.
