Delete a duplicate blog
-
Hi; I was starting a new blog, thought I’d made a mistake and started over. As a result, I mistakenly created two of the same one; ( Under “My blogs” it lists both of them, being the same title. ) I wondered how I can delete one without destroying my ability to use that title for the one I want to keep. ( I read that if I delete , the title cannot be used again.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see the following blogs on your account:
aboutsketching.wordpress.com
53n57.wordpress.com
sketchbook2publishedbook.wordpress.comIt’s possible that you have given the same site title to more than one of these blogs, but our system does not consider them ‘duplicates’ as each has a different URL or web address. What you can do is go to the Dashboard of one you don’t want to use and rename it under Settings > General.
If you want to delete it entirely, you can do so by following the instructions here:
-
If you delete a blog, you will not be able to use the ____.wordpress.com address again, but you can reuse the title as many time as you wish.

You’re welcome! Please let me know if you have any other questions about all of this, as I know it can be a little confusing.
