  The page at https://globaleducationconsultancy.wordpress.com/author/sunnykhurana/ is not a static page, but an author archive page for that specific author.

  Author archive pages are created automatically the first time a specific user on a site publishes a post, and that page dynamically updates with any new posts published by the same user. Similar archive pages are also created for categories and tags.

  These archive pages are created automatically by the WordPress software, and there is no way to delete an archive page. The only way to remove that page, is to delete all posts on the site that were published by sunnykhurana, or else to edit those posts and assign a different user as the author.
