Delete a pdf file permanently

  Hello,
  I am trying to permanently delete an uploaded PDF link as follows:https://pochunhsu.group/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/CV-Ronghui-Wu-071022.pdf
  Though I deleted it permanently from the Media Library on March 7th, it remains online right now.Could you please help with it?Thank you very much.

  You certainly didn’t remove it from your Media Library as it is still online.

  Thanks for your reply. I did remove it from the Media Library, so I feel so weird about this.

  Im having the same problem. I deleted a file (for more than 3 days already) and its not yet been taken out of the web
