DELETE A PDF MEDIA FILE

  I’ve deleted a media file and replaced it with another version (.pdf file). If the first file was named, for istance, “filemedia”, the second file is renamed by the blog-program with “filemedia1”. But i’ve realized that the first file “filemedia” is not completly deleted, and it may be get in the web by the url “…files.wordpress.com/…/filemedia.pdf”.
  I’ve absolutely necessity to delete the previous version so that nobody can catch it!
  How can i do?

  You just need to make sure that you chose the option to delete the media file permanently.
