Delete a personal article

  Hi,

  I would like to delete a personal article I made when I was young. I accidentally uploaded my resume on my blog and it has some sensitive info about myself. Now whenever I search my name it appears on google search. I deleted the article but it still showing on search.

  Is there a way for WordPress to permanently delete this url/article. Because my request has been denied by google and they told me to ask the webmaster.

  Hey there,

  I deleted the article but it still showing on search.

  If the article no longer exists on our services, we can’t do anything more. But Google can remove their cached result:

  If the article IS still here on our services, could you send a link to it so we can advise?

  I am not sure, why it is showing on google and if it has been deleted.

  Hi there, that file has definitely been deleted.

  As for Google, unfortunately, they do not index the web in real time. Eventually, they will notice the file is gone and update their index, but there’s nothing we can do to force that.
