  how to delete a plugin. its creating issues in my website. headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/blueribbonmillwork.ca/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sticky-add-to-cart-for-woocommerce/inc/options-framework.php:1) in /home/customer/www/blueribbonmillwork.ca/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php
