  It’s possible to delete sites on WordPress.com, but you should know that you can’t use that URL ever again. An option would be to start over with your current site, and here is a description of how you can empty your site and start with a fresh, new one. However, if you still feel that deleting the site itself would be the best option, here is an article on how to do that.
