Delete a site

  I go to the yhs69.org site in my account; I click Manage –> Settings –> click to permanently delete a site. I get a message, ‘You have active paid upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site’ so I click ‘Manage Purchases’ button and when I’m taken to the Manage Purchases page, there is nothing there. No receipts under billing history, no saved credit cards, nothing. How can delete this site then?

  Hi there,

  To clarify there is more than one admin on yhs69.org and in this case the domain is owned by someone else, and not accessible under your account.

  To be able to proceed with deleting the site, you will need the admin that originally purchased yhs69.org to access their account, and cancel the domain at this link: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/yhs69.org/12663728

  Note that you will not be able to visit that link, only the admin that purchased the domain will have access to that, but on that page is a link to cancel and remove the yhs69.org domain.
