  Hi there,
  I cannot permanently delete an account of mine. I cannot log in using my emails or log in. Can you please assist?

  Only logged-in admin can delete a site https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  If you aren’t able to login to your site please fill up the account recovery form here https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form to regain access. Once you fill-up the form the account recovery team would help you further.
