delete a site

  We have a wordpress blog site. We then decided to open a wordpress web site. (.com vs .org).

  We would now like to take down the free blog site and keep the hosted site.

  When I log into WordPress the two sites seem intertwined. I am not sure how to take down the free blog site without messing up the other site.

  Help!

  Howdy!

  You can delete a site by selecting Tools–>Delete site. WordPress has a guide below.

  Delete a Website

  When you log into WordPress be sure you are under the website you wish to delete. You can use My Sites in the top right to switch to the correct WP Admin.

  When I go to the free blog that I want to delete it shows My site in black at the top left. I clicked on the drop down for All My Sites. That takes me to another page that is for the hosted blog site. I cannot figure out how to get to the info page for the free blog site.

  Are you able to select Switch Sites at the bottom?

  It seems you might be logged into your WordPress.org account (http://www.evesgardenshop.com/).

  You should logout of the WordPress.org account and then login to your WordPress.com account.

  You should then be able to delete the correct site.
