Delete a site a create a new site

  Hi, I have 2 sites with WordPress. I want to delete 1 (Aeteoroa Trail), keep 1 (Silk Route) and create a new one (Europe 2019). How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
