Delete a site I no longer have access to

I am trying to delete a site, but I am unable to access it through my dashboard for some reason. It’s been a year since I last accessed it. Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

The above blog is not the one I am trying to delete (it’s not awkwardbutdelicate.wordpress.com). It’s another blog that I can’t figure out how to access, and it was not in the dropdown menu. I was required to select a blog from the dropdown menu in order to post my question, so I chose the one above.

After your recover the account you will be able to delete the site. To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

We cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now as you did not do that above.
