Delete a subscriber?

I need to delete one of my subscribers (at his request). How?
[It’s an old email address to which he no longer has access, so he can’t do it himself.]
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

But since it appears that the above page has changed somewhat, I’m going to tag this for Staff input. Please be patient while waiting for their reply because they have a bit of a backlog.
