Delete a user

    There is a user on that appears under “people” and is @jefflusk95. I have no idea who this person is and wannt him removed from my site. Further, when I try and delete him – it replicates itself and immediate appears back under people.

    How do I get rid of this person

    Hi there,

    Seems like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted WordPress site. See the differences between the two here.

    Name Server: NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
    Name Server: NS2.BLUEHOST.COM

    If the user appears at the Followers or Email Followers tab at My Sites > People, the user is your subscriber. If it appears at the Team tab, then this user is a registered user.

    If you do not want to allow registration on your site, go to your wp-admin dashboard (My Sites > WP Admin), then at Settings > General, make sure the Anyone can register option is turned off at the Membership section.
