  How can we delete a website we created with our domain?

  What is the domain URL?
  What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  As @Timethief mentioned, what is the site you are wanting to delete and what is the domain URL? I do not see a custom domain under your account at the moment.
