  Hello,

  Below are the steps to delete account. If you are having any issues while performing below steps please provide screenshot for more reference.

  You can permanently close your WordPress.com account from your Account Settings screen: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  This not only shuts down your username, but it also deletes all the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from our servers and the process cannot be reversed.
