  Are you referring to a wordpress.com blog? If so you failed to post the URL for the blog. Accounts cannot be deleted. Read more > http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  Also note that if you have a wordpress.org blog and wish to use the wordpress stats plugin you are required to be registered here at wordpress.com.
