  how can i deldete the accout so i can use my Email adress again for an new site?

  If you wish, You can follow the steps here to permanently close your account, which will remove your personal data from our service: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close

  Please note that account closures are held for 30 days (in the event you wish to reverse the closure) before data is permanently removed. Your email address under this account will not be available to use with another account until those 30 days are up.
