  Hello,

  Unfortunately accounts cannot be deleted. You can easily empty your site and then delete your site. You can then remove all your personal settings.

  You can also unsubscribe from emails in your subscription settings and check the box that says Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com.
