  Hi. I need to close my account including all websites. It is not allowing me if you could do it for me I would appreciate it. Earlier this year I stopped my plan with WordPress and am on a free plan now with free default domain. But it still is giving me technical errors when I try to delete the account myself. Thank you for helping me delete my account.

  Hi there,

  As we mentioned in the other thread of yours you had filed a chargeback against us:

  I now see that the dispute has been closed in your favor. This means that you have to pay for the chargeback fee that is currently appearing in your cart to be able to close your account.
