  I would like to delete my account. When I go to the page where closing the account is loading, an error message appears to contact support.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  Prior to closing your WordPress.com account, you must cancel any active WordPress.com plans or upgrades from the Purchases section of your account.

  By following the directions on your Account Settings page (https://wordpress.com/me/account), you can permanently close your WordPress.com account.

  Please note that you will lose all the sites you own and their contents when you close your account. Within a few weeks, the data will be removed entirely from the system, and at this point, this cannot be undone.

  I do not have any active purchases or subscriptions at the time and have tried to close my account through the suggested link. I still receive an error to contact the customer service team.

  If yes, is there a domain or URL connected to that account?
