  Can you permanently delete this account as it was done as a error due i a different provider for the type of service I off which doesn’t work well on wordpress.

  Please bear in mind that all the account data and sites will be purged and cannot be restored after 30 days.

  As for the answer to your question, we can prepare the site britzonmediacouk.wpcomstaging.com for deletion. To do that, we must revert it to the state it was in before you upgraded to Business and installed plugins/custom themes. As a result of the revert, all content, including plugins/third-party themes that you added after upgrading to Business, will be removed.
