  In order to close your account we will need to revert theconnectionwithincom.wpcomstaging.com and remove the Business Hosting features from it, which can lead to content loss that is permanent and cannot be undone.

  Can you confirm that you have saved anything you need from the site to your computer so that we can proceed with reverting the site?
