  I am trying to delete my site and I have deleted all my upgrades (the janice theme still remains but doesn’t give me an option to delete) but a message still comes up ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’

  Can you please help me so I can delete my account?

  There is a bug and Staff have to remove the premium themes or transfer them to other sites you have registered.

  Please confirm you understand you won’t be able to get the theme purchase back again, and you won’t receive a refund. Also, the name http://lovetravelsfast.wordpress.com/ will not be available for reuse again anytime soon.

  If you’re fine with that we can remove the premium theme for you.
