  Hi There,

  I am trying to delete my account but I keep receiving the following error message:

  Premium Upgrades
  You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.

  I purchased a premium theme that was a one time payment but other then that there is nothing to change.

  Can you please help me take down my site?

  Hi there,

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Hello,

  I’ve removed the Premium Theme from your account — you should be able to delete your site now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
