  Hi there,

  There is no way to delete a wordpress account once created. But you can leave it inactive.
  Delete the site linked to your account. Change your password to random string and leave the account inactive.
  Change email address under Account Settings. This will help in creating another wordpress account in future with same email id as every wordpress account is linked to unique email id.
