  Hi there,

  There is no way to delete a wordpress account once created. You can instead empty your site by removing its content and then delete the site linked to the account. Change your password to random string and leave the account inactive.
  Change email address under Account Settings. This will help in creating another wordpress account in future with same email id as every wordpress account is linked to unique email id.

  @krutidugade thanks for tagging those duplicate threads. I’ve removed them.

  Multiple forum threads can sometimes be created inadvertently when the user submits the form and gets an error message. If the duplicates are exact copies and within minutes or seconds of one another, that’s usually what has happened. If you tag them duplicate, they can be reviewed, closed or removed as needed. Thanks for your assistance.
