  I want to delete this account so that I can create a new one with a very official name and site address. Kindly help me.

  Hello @di1992,
  You don’t have to delete your account, you just change your site address by following the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/, and also change your username by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/.

  But if you still wish to delete your account for some reason then, i must inform you that WordPress.COM accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  IMPORTANT NOTE:
  Even if you deactivate your account your username is not removed from the database, so that it’s not available to any other users when they are registering for a new account. This is done to keep you from being impersonated by anyone else.
