  If you’d like to fully delete your site, here’s how to do so: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  One note: once you’ve deleted a WordPress.com site, you’ll never be able to re-use that particular WordPress.com address. So if you think there’s any chance you may want to use the site again, we recommend emptying the site instead: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Emptying a site will remove all content from the site, but leave the site address available for your use in the future.
