Hi I need help on deleting this WordPress account, I wonder why they make it so complicated…

To delete your account:
Remove all personal items from “Account settings” and then change your password to a random string of letters and numbers. This will leave your account inactive, and you will not be able to gain access to it in the future.
With no personal information, and all your website content gone, WordPress no longer has or hosts any of your personal information.

Delete the posts, pages, categories, tags, and media. Remember that to permanently delete the pages, view your trashed items by clicking the “Trash” link near the top of the page.
Click on the three dots to the right of page/ post/ etc. that you are deleting and select “permanently delete.”
1) If you have site upgrades, you’ll need to remove them first: Premium/ business, custom domain, domain mapping, premium theme, or other paid upgrades.
2) Remove them by visiting “Manage Upgrades,” then “Purchases.” Use the links on that page to cancel the upgrades.
3) Then, click on “My Site” and “Settings.” Scroll down to select “Delete site.” This is permanent, so if you want to save any of your content, make sure to export or download it to your computer first. -
