  I would like to completely delete this site please: https://nutritionwithagrainofsalt.wordpress.com/about/
  I would also like to delete this account.
  It is no longer in use.
  Can you please tell me how?

  You will need to delete the site first. You can find a guide on how to delete your site here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted, but if you want to deactivate an account, you can empty and delete the websites associated with that account and remove all personal information from your profile.

  In order to get this done, you’d need to follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Also, please make sure that you’re absolutely certain about it. Once done, you will not be able to undo it. As Jamie already told, you can follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ as well.
