  Hello,

  I can not access or edit or even use this account because the domain (www.eppsinsurance.com) no longer exist. Can you please delete it so I can add my current website (www.eppsfinancial.com) to a wordpress account. I own multiple domains that I want to use under ONE wordpress account. I want to purchase the WordPress Business plan for $24.99 a month.

  Hi @lesismorexx,

  There is no option to delete your account. However, you can follow these steps and delete all your data and change the account settings so it becomes completely inactive. These are permanent actions that cannot be reversed.

  First, you may still have a site associated with the account you want to delete. You’ll need to delete the site with these steps while signed into the account you want to delete:

  1. Empty your site.
  2. Delete your site. Note: if you have any upgrades, you’ll have to first cancel them.

  Once you have zero sites associated with your account:

  1. Remove all personal information from your Account Settings. You may want to change your username to remove any personal information it holds.
  2. Change the email address on the account to a throwaway email address. These Google search results will offer you temporary email address services.
  3. Change your password to something random. You do not need to remember this password. When you insert the random password and click “Save Password”, you are permanently locking yourself out of the account and rendering it inactive.

  I want to help you get what you need. I looked at what you’re asking and there are a few questions that you can answer when you begin your next thread.

  • Your eppsfinancial.com site is hosted on GoDaddy right now. You want to move it to WordPress.com. Is that correct?
  • For what domains, when all is said and done, do you want to use WordPress.com? If you write them out, we can get instructions on how to get them set up best under one username.

  Note, also, that eppsinsurance.com is currently a parked domain, which means you have to buy it directly from its reseller if so (load the site and it shows instructions).

  Starting and a new thread and answering these questions plus posting your original question again will get you the help you need!
