Delete account

I’ve searched on how to delete my account, however the ‘My Site’ doesn’t offer any options, so it doesn’t seem as though I can delete my account with that approach. How else could I delete my account entirely and not just a site?

Thanks so much for replying. However, I’ve already been at this page and tried deleting my account by following the steps displayed with photos – the “My Site(s)” and “settings” etc. doesn’t work for me, cause when I press “My Site(s)” no options (“settings”) pop up? :)

Hey again. I tried but when i press “My Site” nothing shows except for a text that says: “You don’t any have wordpress sites yet. Would you like to start one?” and then a button that says “Create Site”. No menu shows, therefore no “setting” button I can click on. Does that makes sense? And thanks for your help and patience.

This means you might not be logged into the account that the site is connected with.

Since you don’t have any sites under your account you only have to remove your personal information in order to deactivate your account.
Please go to your account’s settings (https://wordpress.com/me/account) and follow these instructions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-deactivation/#remove-your-personal-information
