  I want you to delete this account since i do not use it, and I want to be able to make comments in other wordpress blogs with this email, without having the comment be linked to my inactive account.

  We do not delete WordPress.com accounts, nor do we delete comments. If you wish to have comments deleted from blogs, you will need to contact the individual blog owners to see if they would be willing to assist you.
