delete account

I cant access my payed site, nor delete it, but you still charge me for the site. Do i have to cancel my visa card to stop you from taking more money???

I see you purchased a premium theme for lisehla.wordpress.com back in 2013 but there haven’t been any charges since, which suggests you have another WordPress.com account.
What is the address of the site you need help with? Please don’t post any transaction IDs on these public forums, a site link is the only information I need for the moment.
You could also try logging out of mijoli and log back in using the email address you purchase receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel your upgrades and delete the site once logged in to the correct account.
There’s no need to cancel your Visa card or dispute any payments, we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Come back to me if you have any trouble logging in to the other account.

Can you head to https://wordpress.com/me/account, log out, and log in again as minimijoli ?
If you can’t remember your login / password and can’t get it reset, you can use details from your recent transaction as proof of ownership.
Once you’re logged in, head to https://wordpress.com/me/account to request a cancellation, or you can update us here in this thread.

nope, cant do it. It only let me log in as this one. Minimijoli does not exist is the message i get.

Hummm, an account with that username definitely exists so please try working through these steps:
- Log out of mijoli from the Account Settings page.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Clear WordPress.com cookies.
- Go to https://wordpress.com and login with the username minimijoli.
- Go to your Account Settings page and check minimijoli is listed as the username there.
