  I have tried to delete gowithgutinstinct.com as I do not want this to renew on 30th September 2019.

  Please can you confirm that I have not been charged for 2019-2020.

  Thanks for getting in touch. The premium plan on this account was inactivated on 2019-09-26. It had already renewed, but the cancellation of the product triggered an automatic refund. That should reach you in about ten days.
