  Delete account – why do i have to contact support to do this?

  Hi there!

  That is because the Business plan was not completely removed from your site caboosepistolsite.wordpress.com. We will need to revert that site to the state it was before installing the first plugin, which will likely result in a content loss but, since you are looking to close the whole account, I assume you are okay with that.
  Just to be sure, please confirm this is fine and we’ll proceed with the revert. After that, you should have no problems closing your account.
