  Hi, a year ago I opened the WordPress system
  After less than a month I asked to cancel, you agreed and you sent me 95% of the money back.

  Now it’s sending me a subscription renewal notice – and I’m canceled altogether.
  Please delete this site, delete my user

  Hi there, these are public forums you’ve posted to and WPcom does not have a phone center. I’ve removed your personal info from your above post.

  If you want to delete your site and account, you should first cancel the plan renewal from your Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/upcoming and then follow this guide to delete your account and all the sites associated with it. https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Post back here if you run into any issues with that and need more help.

  Good Morning –

  Looking at the account I see that the business plan for adirmedia.co.il was refunded on 2019-11-25.

  There is nothing on the account to indicate you would be getting a renewal notification for this upgrade specifically. I am wondering if you may have another upgrade somewhere, perhaps on a different user account, that is giving you this message.

  Does the email say which site is involved with the renewal? Please share that here.
