  The site leftyusa.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Siteground, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/leftyusa.com+dns

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

  Hi, I actually noticed this used to have a WordPress.com Business Plan, but under another account.

  Can you log out, then log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders? Then reach out to support directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact — when you’re logged into the correct account, it will open a chat. They can help you downgrade and close the account.
