  We have decided to go with a different domain, still in WordPress. The site takes us to customer service but then wants us to post to the forum. What the heck. How do I cancel?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  The forums are how we support our users who don’t have any paid upgrades on their account. Looking at the account you’re currently logged into, you purchased a monthly WordPress.com Business plan in March and that expired in April. Since there is no active upgrade at the moment that is why you were routed here to the forums.

  Since there’s nothing to cancel here – can you give us more information into what you’re trying to accomplish and what specific problems you’re seeing now? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
